Singapore Duman High School’ Choir visited Hangzhou Art school

    On the morning of November 29th, 72 people from Singapore Duman High School came to visit and communicate with Hangzhou Art school. ‘Chinese- Singapore chorus communication concert’ was then jointly held by the two schools’ choirs.
   During this tour, the two schools pragmatically discussed teaching situation, course arrangement etc. Singaporean representors visited the our school’s infrastructure, took part in Chinese folk music ensemble class and basic dancing class, and performed on the chorus communication concert with Hangzhou Art School Music department’s Choir.  Duman High School’ Choir played Indonesian and Malaysian ethnic music composition. Students from Hangzhou Art School performed national style program as well Anti-Japanese War themed songs in the form of solo, group singing and singing by groups. Although the two countries’ students had significantly different repertoire, the two parties appreciated each other’s splendid show.
   This communication concert improve the two schools student and teachers’ friendship, additionally, play a role in positively promoting both schools’ teaching and researching as well as education qualities.
